ATP Media Partners with Cleeng to Deliver a World-Class Subscription Experience for Tennis TV

Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – ATP Media, the global broadcast and distribution arm of the ATP Tour, has partnered with Cleeng to elevate the subscriber experience for its Tennis TV streaming service. This collaboration aims to enhance fan engagement and build lasting subscriber relationships worldwide. 

Tennis TV is the official direct-to-consumer streaming service of the ATP Tour, offering live and on-demand access to over 2,500 matches annually. The platform covers all ATP Tour tournaments, including the prestigious ATP Masters 1000s, ATP 500s, ATP 250s, the Nitto ATP Finals, and the Next Gen ATP Finals presented by PIF. 

To bring this to life, Tennis TV will integrate the following Cleeng solutions:

  • Core for robust subscriber and entitlement management;

  • ChurnIQ to leverage advanced analytics, predict subscriber behaviour and reduce churn; and

  • Hi5 for proactive and intelligent customer care.

This integration provides ATP Media with powerful data insights to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
