# Alpha Networks and Cleeng Announce Partnership Expansion and First Joint Customer
Company News | Cleeng | Oct 7, 2025
San Francisco, October 6, 2025 — [Alpha Networks,](https://www.alphanetworks.tv/en) a leading provider of video software solutions, and [Cleeng](https://cleeng.com/), the subscription management leader, today announced that Alpha Networks is an official U.S. and global reseller of [Cleeng Pro](https://cleeng.com/pro), the first-ever free direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital subscription management platform. Together, Alpha Networks and Cleeng have onboarded their first joint Cleeng Pro customer - Le Tigre Yoga - mere weeks after the platform’s launch.
Le Tigre Yoga: Innovating the Wellness Market
[*Le Tigre Yoga*](https://tigre-yoga.com/) is a France-based premier OTT wellness platform connecting yoga instructors with subscribers worldwide. The platform recently upgraded to a white-label, multi-tenant environment powered by Alpha Networks, enabling new monetization models and improved scalability. Cleeng Pro enabled them to bring their new experience to subscribers faster than other tools could do, which was of critical importance to Le Tigre Yoga as finding new monetization opportunities was a key priority.
They are already experiencing benefits including:
- Flexible subscription business models: ADS, SVOD and hybri ADS + SVOD
- Anti-churn features: Cleeng addresses retention challenges the platform previously faced.
- Multilingual support: Integrated customer support available in French and English via Cleeng.
- **Dynamic low-code integration:** Gecko and Cleeng Pro work together in a fully dynamic, low-code environment.
"*The flexibility of the Alpha Networks–Cleeng solution allows us to scale our platform while keeping the customer experience at the center,*" said Julien Lemeille representative from Le Tigre Yoga. "*We now have the ability to combine different monetization models, manage brands within a single platform, and offer support in both French and English, all within an integrated, efficient solution.*"
A Stronger Global Partnership
As part of today’s announcement, Alpha Networks and Cleeng are formalizing their collaboration at the [Belgian Economic Mission to the West Coast of the USA](https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbelgianeconomicmission.be%2F&data=05%7C02%7Cnrutolo%40breakawaycom.com%7Cd198a67c7de54dab518608ddfd111c55%7C264fad6d94f2402ebbcd2804adcc1b4a%7C1%7C0%7C638944972145240531%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=vBzyvX2Q%2BIWFfIYI8JL%2FZdJU6Q3%2F0Rv44OunYACOSpc%3D&reserved=0) through **an MoU to be signed in San Francisco on October 6, 2025.** The official signing ceremony will be attended by international and local leaders including members of the press, HRH Princess Astrid of Belgium, Belgian ministers, and the Mayor of San Francisco.
With Alpha Networks now as an official reseller of Cleeng Pro for the U.S. and global markets, this expanded partnership reinforces both companies’ long-term vision to empower worldwide media businesses of all sizes with accessible, enterprise-grade monetization and subscriber growth tools. It also builds on their long-term collaboration, highlighted at: NAB Show 2025, where the integration of **Gecko**, Alpha Networks’ E2E video platform, with Cleeng’s solutions was showcased; and IBC Show 2025, where **Cleeng Pro**—the free D2C subscription platform that can launch in under an hour—was demonstrated for the first time. The first-ever digital platform—free for up to 10,000 subscribers—that can launch in under 60 minutes
With Cleeng Pro’s pay-as-you-grow pricing and free service for up to 10,000 subscribers, organizations of all sizes can launch professional, direct-to-consumer subscription services quickly and cost-effectively. Combined with Alpha Networks’ expertise in video delivery and content management, the partnership creates a powerful solution for monetizing premium video content.
*"Partnering with Alpha Networks allows us to bring Cleeng Pro to a wider audience, helping D2C entrepreneurs, agencies, and brands of all sizes scale and retain subscribers efficiently while benefiting from a single destination for retention management,"* said **Gilles Domartini, CEO of Cleeng**.
*"This partnership strengthens our strategic positioning in the U.S. and globally, enabling Alpha networks to offer OTT platforms and media companies a complete, enterprise-ready video and subscription ecosystem,"* said **Guillaume Devezeaux, CEO of Alpha Networks**.
